GAT Participates in Strategic Agreement Between Banque du Caire and Hyde Park Developments

We are proud to announce that Global Appraisal Tech (GAT)  has officially participated in the signing ceremony of a strategic financing agreement  between Banque du Caire and Hyde Park Developments, serving as the Certified Real Estate Appraiser and Bank Consultant for Facility Monitoring.

The agreement secures a medium-term loan to support the construction of "Garden Residence", part of Phase 22 of the Hyde Park New Cairo project.


This financing will contribute to the overall investment cost of EGP 2.4 billion, helping accelerate the project’s progress and reinforcing Banque du Caire’s position as a key financial partner in Egypt’s real estate sector.

Bahaa El-Shafie and Hesham Abdel Aal, Deputy CEOs of Banque du Caire.

Hassan Ghanem, Chairman of Hyde Park Developments and CEO of Housing and Development Bank.

Eng. Amin Serag, Managing Director of Hyde Park Developments.

Dr. Ibrahim Al.Madany, CEO of Global Appraisal Tech.

Dr. Tarek Madany, Managing Director of Global Appraisal Tech.
