May 2026

Global Appraisal Tech (GAT), a leading valuation and advisory firm regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and licensed by both the Central Bank of Egypt and the Financial Regulatory Authority, announces its participation in the valuation of land assets associated with Grova’s newly announced residential development destination in West Cairo.
The project represents a significant milestone in Grova's expansion strategy following the successful launch of
Grova Easthills. Spanning approximately
295 feddans, the development is strategically located within one of West Cairo's prominent growth corridors and is planned as an integrated residential destination benefiting from proximity to major infrastructure projects and key landmarks.

As part of its engagement, GAT conducted the valuation of the land assets associated with the development, applying internationally recognized valuation methodologies and market-based assessment approaches. The firm's role included the analysis of comparable land transactions, assessment of market conditions, and evaluation of location-specific factors influencing land value within the West Cairo real estate market.
GAT's scope of work further contributed to establishing a comprehensive valuation framework to support investment planning and strategic decision-making. Through its involvement, the firm provided independent valuation expertise, enhanced transparency, and supported the assessment of a major residential development within one of Egypt's most active real estate markets.

This engagement underscores the growing importance of professional valuation and advisory services in supporting large-scale real estate developments, where accurate market assessment, investment transparency, and informed decision-making are essential to project success and long-term sustainability.
The project contributes to the continued development of West Cairo as one of
Egypt's leading destinations for residential development, supported by ongoing infrastructure investments and increasing demand for integrated communities.
